Meeting Dates
The Foundation meetings are typically held on the 4th Monday of the month with the exception of Mondays that conflict with a holiday.

Meetings will begin at 12:30 pm. The location is at St. Martin’s Church, 717 Sage Road in the Vestry Conference Room. You will enter by going down the walkway on the right side under the porte cochere and entering through the doors labeled “Pastoral Care Center.” The conference room will be immediately to your left.
A Zoom option will be available. The link will be included with the meeting notice.
The meeting notice will be e-mailed two weeks before the meeting date, with a follow-up reminder e-mailed the Friday before the meeting.
The agenda, minutes from the prior meeting, financials, and other meeting materials will be provided with the meeting notice. Please review prior to the meeting. Hard copies will not be provided, so if you wish, print the meeting materials and bring them with you. Wi-fi is available if you’d like to bring your own device.
